Lippert to Break Ground on Manufacturing Plant.
Elkhart-based Lippert Components Inc. will Monday break ground on a new facility at its manufacturing complex in Goshen. LCI says the 107,000-square-foot facility will be used for the manufacturing of I-beams used in nearly every chassis frame the company produces. President Scott Mereness says LCI has invested $30 million into the new facility, which represents the company’s largest investment to date.
NIBCO expands its plant in Goshen.
The 45,000-square-foot addition will provide more space for the company that manufactures valves, fittings and water flow control products for commercial and residential use. It is the eighth addition to the Goshen plant along Eisenhower Drive North, according to company officials. The added space will be used for production, packaging and merchandising.
