Cressy’s Management Services division manages a comprehensive range of properties which include Class A office space for major corporations, financial institutions, medical facilities, industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, multi-tenant retail centers, plus various commercial associations, homeowner associations, and multi-housing units.

Our management services don’t stop at inspections and reporting. Cressy Commercial Real Estate has an internal, fully licensed plumbing division, LaPlace Plumbing, as well as an HVAC Team who are available to handle any emergency you may have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will take care of all your property and facility management needs, so you don’t have to.
