Chris Barth joined Cressy Commercial Real Estate in 2017.  With a focus and passion for urban renewal, Chris focuses his efforts in downtown South Bend.  This led to a specialization in the office and retail markets, where he has demonstrated a proficiency in representing both landlords and tenants.  In addition to office and retail projects, Chris has teamed with other Cressy Brokers to dispose of over 100,000 SF of industrial real estate.
