Crowe Chizek and Company, LLP
This three-story, 55,330 SF pre-engineered steel building was designed to accommodate the client’s open concept office areas. The use of brick and aluminum curtain wall gives the building a professional look that is energy efficient and was quicker to construct, allowing the owner to move in sooner.
Main Street Marketplace
Located in the heart of the University Park trade area, this pre-engineered 12, 900 SF steel building utilizes an all brick façade. The facility is accented by fabric awnings with graphics that match the center’s signage. Masonry construction and 24 ga. standing seam metal roof were chosen for longevity and low maintenance.
Granger Station
A retail strip center built in Martin’s plaza in Granger, the facility was designed for maximum rental flexibility. Matching the railroad motif of the center, this pre-engineered steel building is accented by a front canopy and drive-through facility. The brick façade and Batten-Lok roof panels provide long lasting, maintenance-free construction.
