Professional Background

Since the inception of NAI Cressy, Jeff Harris has become recognized as a leader in the Indianapolis commercial real estate market, consistently creating optimal solutions for many of Indiana’s largest companies. According to the Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ), Jeff has been responsible for many of central Indiana’s largest transactions. Among these companies’ projects was Interactive Intelligence’s 382,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters build-to-suits as well as representing and overseeing their office portfolio worldwide. Additionally, Jeff has transactional experience on six continents. No other firm in the Indianapolis market has this experience. Jeff has extensive experience representing financial institutions, high growth tech firms, warehouse, distribution, lab and law firms, having represented over 30. Furthermore, Jeff has been engaged by numerous companies to handle their corporate HQ requirements which had led to nine ground up build-to-suits. Jeff’s skill sets in strategic planning, communication, organization, negotiations and creativity are why his clients consistently achieve superior results.
