As business grew, the area's first drive-in office was developed and proved popular with customers.
WINDING BROOK PARK
One of the first developments was considered to be a risky endeavor but proved successful.
A GROWING COMPANY
In 1969, George and Ed's two sons, Don Cressy and Ed Everett, III, entered into the family business.
UNIVERSITY PARK MALL
The Cressy partners developed what is now part of the state's 3rd largest retail corridor, University Park Mall.
CRESSY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION
The new division annexed 700 acres and embarked on creating a mixed-use development, Edison Lakes.

CRESSY COMMERCIAL DIVISON
In 1987, the commercial divison became its own entity.
THE FOREST AT EDISON LAKES
A luxury townhome and condominium development, The Forest at Edison Lakes, was created.
PRINCESS CITY PLAZA
Princess City Plaza was developed and is now home to national retailers such as Old Navy, PetSmart, and Kohl's.
MAIN STREET MARKETPLACE
Main Street Marketplace was developed and is now home to national retailers such as Starbucks and Jimmy John's.
CRESSY COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
The Cressy Commercial Division officially becomes Cressy Commercial Real Estate and acquires the NAI Global brokerage affiliation.
EXPANSION TO INDIANAPOLIS
In 2020, NAI Cressy announces the acquisition of the Indianapolis-based brokerage firm, NAI Meridian.
MNO-BMADSEN ACQUISITION OF CRESSY
April of 2023, Cressy became part of the Mno-Bmadsen Family of Companies, a Wholly Owned Instrumentality of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi.
NEW CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
September of 2023, we moved our corporate headquarters to downtown Mishawaka.
ACQUISITION OF KMC SOLUTIONS, LLC
January of 2024, we announced the acquisition of a minority stake in KMC Solutions, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
