Professional Background

Kennedy joined Cressy Commercial Real Estate in May of 2020 after graduating top of her class at Saint Mary’s College studying business administration and marketing. She began at Cressy as a Market Strategist, bringing the team a fresh perspective on ways to market our brand through digital media, community involvement, and internal relations. In 2022, she earned her Indiana Broker’s License. She then successfully transitioned into her new role as Director of Strategic Initiative in 2023. This role serves as a liaison position to our partnership with KMC Solutions, a federal contracting firm in which she also serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives.

 

In this dual role, Kennedy plays a crucial part in shaping and executing the strategic direction of both companies. A keen eye for both the bigger picture and small details, she collaborates closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive strategic priorities and ensure alignment with the complex intersection of goals that lie between each company.
