Professional Background

Fares brings a unique combination of financial expertise and hands-on real estate experience to NAI Cressy. With nearly a decade in the banking industry and more than 10 years of experience as a real estate investor, property owner, and real estate professional, he offers clients a well-rounded perspective on commercial real estate transactions and investment opportunities.

 

Throughout his banking career, Fares developed extensive expertise in financial analysis, lending, risk assessment, and relationship management, helping individuals and business owners navigate important financial decisions. In addition, he has worked alongside his brothers to acquire, manage, renovate, and reposition residential and commercial properties throughout the region. This firsthand experience has provided him with a strong understanding of market trends, property operations, leasing, asset management, and investment strategies.

 

Fares earned his Indiana Real Estate Broker License in 2024 and joined NAI Cressy to further expand his work in commercial real estate. By combining his financial background with practical investment experience, he helps clients identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and make informed decisions throughout the buying, selling, leasing, and investment process. His approach focuses on understanding each client’s objectives and delivering strategic, results-driven real estate solutions.
