As the Business Operations Manager, she is involved in all aspects of the real estate business and coordinates internal office activities to ensure operational efficiencies and to promote sustainable growth. Ms. Winslow is responsible for talent acquisition and on-boarding new employees, along with managing employee relations and benefits. She is also part of the technology team, overseeing the technology for the company and strategically implementing new tools to optimize the company’s performance, allowing our team to work at peak efficiency so that they can focus on meeting our client’s business needs.
