Edward F. Bradley, CCIM/CPM/SIOR
Professional Background
Edward Bradley has been active with Cressy Commercial Real Estate since his graduation from the University of Notre Dame in 1988. He has 35+ years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate. Eddie cut his teeth as a broker leasing office space in the (then) newly developed Edison Lakes Corporate Park, Mishawaka. In 1998, he transitioned to President of Cressy & Everett Management Corp, where he managed a growing portfolio of properties and expanded management services. After a decade in that capacity, he returned to brokerage and delved into development work, where he spearheaded multiple projects including the redevelopment of a 100K SF office building in downtown South Bend (100 E. Wayne) and the complete renovation of the historic Hotel Elkhart (Hilton Tapestry Collection), a full-service boutique hotel in downtown Elkhart. Both projects reflect a commitment to urbanism and underscore the importance of public/private partnerships in the success of that endeavor. With his diverse background and experience as a firm principal, developer, transactional broker, asset manager, and personal investor, Eddie thoroughly understands the varied aspects of the field and offers a unique and complete perspective of the challenges and opportunities within the commercial real estate industry.
