Professional Experience

Jonah joined NAI Cressy Commercial Real Estate in 2020 and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Indiana. He has represented a variety of tenants and landlords as well as buyers and sellers ranging from multi-national firms to local businesses in the disposition, acquisition, and leasing of a wide range of buildings and spaces. In September of 2022, Mr. Davey joined forces with a team of brokers from Cressy that includes Christian Davey, CCIM/SIOR, Noah Davey, CCIM, and Blair Wozny, offering a combined 55+ years of experience in industrial, office, retail, and medical real estate. Jonah offers diverse insights to the commercial real estate market from a broad variety of experiences related to his time at NAI Cressy Commercial Real Estate and his studies and internships. He is a recent graduate of Hillsdale College, has a B2-level proficiency in Spanish, and has had exposure to the European market. He strives to provide the best service through listening and engaging with his clients.

Personal

Jonah has benefited from a rich variety of life and work-related experiences that include a semester in Seville, Spain, a summer in northwestern Wisconsin selling educational materials door-to-door for Southwestern Advantage, four years of rigorous education at Hillsdale College, trips around the world, and his latest venture at NAI Cressy Commercial Real Estate as a broker with the “Quad” team—Christian Davey, Noah Davey, and Blair Wozny. He enjoys getting to know people, exploring different cultures, learning new languages, and expanding his skillset in ways that challenge himself and those in the world around him. In his free time, you can find Jonah singing, skiing, camping, working out, crafting cocktails, listening to old music, volunteering time at his local parish, or honing old skills and learning new ones.
