Luke Troyer is a commercial real estate advisor with Cressy, where he works across a wide range of asset classes and assignment types, including office, land, industrial, retail, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and landlord/tenant representation. With 14+ years of experience spanning business development, sales, and leadership roles across architecture, construction, engineering, manufacturing, development, marketing, and brokerage, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to commercial real estate and the shaping of place.
Raised in a third-generation design/build family business, Luke has been immersed in the world of design, construction, and development since birth. That foundation continues to shape how he approaches real estate today: not simply as transactions, but as an opportunity to influence growth, strengthen communities, and create lasting value.
Since joining Cressy in 2022, Luke has been involved in approximately 90 projects and works closely alongside the firm’s managing broker/market president to help lead the Indianapolis office. In addition to traditional transactions, he is especially energized by placemaking, redevelopment, adaptive reuse, and opportunities where design, strategy, entrepreneurship, and community impact intersect.
Whether advising an owner, investor, tenant, buyer, or developer, Luke brings a relationship-driven, market-aware, and forward-looking approach to every assignment
