Nathan Lanzen joined Cressy Commercial Real Estate in 2024 as Director of Construction. He brings a wealth of experience and versatility to our construction team. He was a residential, commercial, and industrial project manager in the electrical industry, a United States Marine, and former law enforcement officer. Nathan is skilled in leadership, mentorship, team building operations management, problem solving, organization, and critical incident stress management. Nathan has almost two decades of residential rental real-estate experience, as well as light residential remodeling and rehabilitation experience.
