With over $500M in transactions over his career, Noah has completed a multitude of investment transactions within medical, office, industrial, multifamily, and retail and is proficient in Tenant Representation and Landlord representation throughout Northern Indiana and Southwestern Michigan. Noah has consulted within the C-suite of major health systems, advised and assisted portfolio managers as they’ve built up investment portfolios all the way through disposition, has represented large industrial and healthcare REITS and has assisted major employers with all of their office and/or manufacturing/warehousing needs. Noah was instrumental in starting Cressy Auctions in late 2009 to accommodate sellers looking for a faster disposition in a distressed market and since then has been involved in auctions of nearly every product type including specialty uses (hospitals, golf courses, agricultural, estate properties, State of Indiana excess parcels (IFA), etc.). Noah also has a portfolio of real estate that he owns and has owned nearly every product type (hospitality, apartments, land, industrial, self-storage, medical, office, and retail) allowing for him to place himself in client’s shoes regardless of product type to maximize their assets while in alignment with their objectives.
