City Center Lofts in Benton Harbor, Michigan
About the Project
Originally built in 1882, City Center Lofts is a mixed-use, two-story building located at the corner of Main Street and Pipestone Street in Downtown Benton Harbor. Cressy Commercial Real Estate is executing a complete rehabilitation of the building, including interior renovations and a restoration of the original brick façade. The 20,000 square foot project features two available commercial spaces and three apartments for lease on the 1st floor and thirteen apartments for lease on the 2nd floor.
The Residential Space
16 neo-industrial style lofts located in the heart of the Benton Harbor Arts District. Exposed ductwork, spiral staircases, 16′ ceilings. From studio apartments to 1 bedrooms with an office, no two are the same. Commercial space on first floor is also available.
Residential Unit FAQ’s
How much are the apartment units? There are 16 individual units that range from $1,065 to $1,665 each. Please see the floor plans and pricing below.
Are utilities included? Utilities are not included in the monthly rental cost.
What are the lease terms? We currently offer 12-month leases.
When will the spaces become available? Project is anticipated for completion July 10, 2021.
What are the initial costs? There is a $25 application fee and $600 security deposit due at time of move-in.
Are there parking fees? Parking is included in your monthly rent.
What kind of additional storage is available? There are 8 storage units available on the first floor. The cost is $50 per month.
Are pets allowed? Yes. We will accept pets under 30 lbs. There is a $300 non-refundable deposit and a $25 monthly fee.
Is there a discount for leasing both commercial and residential space within the building? Yes. One month of free rent for the residential unit with a minimum of a 3-year commercial space lease.
When can I see the interior and take a tour? We will be hosting several Open Houses on June 10, 11 and 12. Keep up-to-date on further details by following our Facebook Page. How do I apply?
