Cressy’s leadership were the developers of University Park Mall which opened in 1979 in Mishawaka, followed by the majority of developments along Grape Road. Later, development continued on Main Street in Mishawaka, including Edison Lakes Corporate Park and Princess City Plaza.

Our firm’s development division continues the momentum in 2018 with projects in Blackthorn Corporate Park; Michigan Street Shops in Downtown South Bend; and the restoration plan for the Hotel Elkhart into a mixed use development that will include a boutique hotel.

We are excited about what 2018 and beyond holds for development and construction in our region.
