Our Firm’s Development and Construction Division has Resulted in Nearly $1 Billion in Development and the Creation of the Region’s Most Dynamic Commercial Corridor
Cressy Commercial Real Estate has spearheaded many of the region’s largest developments and construction projects. Cressy’s leadership were the developers of University Park Mall which opened in 1979 in Mishawaka, followed by the majority of developments along Grape Road. Later, development continued on Main Street in Mishawaka, including Edison Lakes Corporate Park and Princess City Plaza.
Our firm’s development and construction management have resulted in nearly $1 Billion in development and the creation of the region’s most dynamic commercial corridor.
Our company’s development in the area continues with restaurants like the new Portillo’s, Qdoba, and will continue the momentum in 2019 with projects in Blackthorn Corporate Park; Michigan Street Shops in Downtown South Bend; and the restoration plan for the Hotel Elkhart into a mixed use development that will include a boutique hotel.

The facility is accented by fabric awnings with graphics that match the center’s signage. Masonry construction and 24 ga. standing seam metal roof were chosen for longevity and low maintenance.
A retail strip center built in Martin’s plaza in Granger, the facility was designed for maximum rental flexibility.
