    (Counselor of Real Estate) is an international group of high-profile property professionals with an acknowledged status as some of the most trusted professionals in real estate. According to The Counselors of Real Estate, these professionals are prominent real estate, financial, legal, and accounting firms and recognized as leaders of government and academia. To qualify, the person must confirm a minimum of 10 years of real estate experience and 3 years of property advisory services. Counselor of Real Estate membership is extended by invitation. Only 1,100 people in the world hold the CRE credential.

    (Certified Property Manager) is recognized nationally and internationally as experts in real estate management. According to NAR, 70% of those who hold the CPM designation hold the highest management positions in their offices (owner/partner/officer/director).     (Building Owners and Managers Association) is a professional organization that represents the owners and managers of all commercial property types. BOMA sets the standard for measuring buildings and teaches best practices. The BOMA program uses the framework of best practices and full assessment to improve environmental performance and management. This organization offers five levels of certification: Certified, Certified Bronze, Certified Silver, Certified Gold, and Certified Platinum. BOMA offers educational programs, networking opportunities, and other resources.
