Cressy Commercial Real Estate services not only include assisting our clients with their commercial real estate needs and goals, but it also means making community-minded decisions. Since 1948, we have operated with a higher purpose because of our civil and social responsibilities.
Cressy Commercial Real Estate has aided in the growth of the Michiana region with over $1 billion of land development, making the community a better place to raise a family and grow a business. For 70 years, we have focused on creating wealth for our clients through the provision of integrity-based services that ensures our community is a great place to live, work, and play.
This year, the Cressy Commercial Real Estate team continued this legacy by creating a community-wide initiative, 70 Days of Giving, to celebrate our 70th year anniversary. We reached St. Joseph County, Elkhart County, and Berrien County through monetary and non-monetary donations and providing random acts of kindness to say thank you for letting us serve you for seven decades.
It is an honor and a privilege to work alongside my colleagues with a mission to improve the quality of life for others during our 70 Days of Giving campaign. Being part of a team does not stop once we leave the office – we are a family within the community too. Each employee brings unique skills and experiences as well as their time, to continue community growth and awareness.
When we step out of our comfort zone to help others, we become a part of something bigger than ourselves. This is where we see a positive change and continue our mission of making our community a great place to live, work, and play.
